Precision Turned Parts

Davturn specialises in the production of turned parts from 2mm to 51mm diameter in various ferrous and non-ferrous materials including stainless steels in most grades.

We produce quality parts in batches of hundreds to many thousands for many different market sectors including: Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Automotive, Electrical, Door Closure, Control Cables, Fasteners, Leisure and Construction.

We can also sub contract operations such as grinding, heat treatment and various surface finishes at your request.

Our parts are cleaned using the latest technology with a Mec-wash cleaning facility and then packed and dispatched to your requirements.

Davturn is committed to producing parts of the highest quality and the manufacturing process goes hand in hand with the inspection process. Our highly trained quality department uses the latest inspection equipment. With over 40 years’ experience in production engineering we have a passion for producing parts which meets and exceeds our customers’ expectations.

As part of our quality management system we are fully compliant with ISO 9001:2015 accreditation.

Our inspection process incorporates a state-of-the-art image dimension measuring system enabling us to measure precise components consistently.
